The building is a combination of one-story and two-story structures including gymnasium located in Mandaree, North Dakota. The footprint dimensions are 437-ft x 224-ft (out-to-out of precast walls). CES performed structural design and detailing for precast architectural wall panels including lateral load resisting system analysis. Total 196 wall panels with over 53,000 sq.ft. of surface area. CES produced precast shop drawings, erection drawings, connection details, materials schedules and production tickets.

The building is a standalone one-story structure with large overhead door openings located in Mandaree School campus. The footprint dimensions are 150-ft x 72-ft. CES performed structural design and detailing for precast architectural wall panels including lateral load resisting system analysis. Total 59 wall panels with over 7,100 sq.ft. of surface area. CES produced precast shop drawings, erection drawings, connection details, materials schedules and production tickets.

The building is an addition to existing structure located in Hawley, MN. The footprint dimensions are 144-ft x 100-ft. Interior of existing building was remodeled by adding 50-ft x 52-ft mechanical mezzanine. CES performed structural design and detailing for precast wall panels, solid flat slabs, cast-in-place footings, steel framing - columns and beams and reinforcement of existing building walls. Included: 6,200 sq.ft. of architectural wall panels, 2,200 sq.ft. of solid wall panels and 3,100 sq.ft. of solid structural slabs. CES produced certified structural drawings, precast shop drawings, erection drawings, connection details, materials schedules and production tickets.

The building is a standalone structure with large overhead door openings and interior mezzanine hollowcore floor, located in Mandaree, ND. The footprint dimensions are 145-ft x 100-ft. CES performed structural design and detailing for precast architectural wall panels and hollowcore plank including lateral load resisting system analysis. Total 52 wall panels with over 9,500 sq.ft. of surface area and 4,600 sq.ft. of hollowcore plank. CES produced precast shop drawings, erection drawings, connection details, materials schedules and production tickets. 

The building is an addition to existing precast concrete production facility located in Hawley, MN. The footprint dimensions are 60-ft x 176-ft. CES performed structural design and detailing of cast-in-place foundations, underground water tanks, equipment pits, precast wall panels, solid flat slabs and roof double-tee panels. Included: 22,560 sq.ft. of architectural wall panels, 8,600 sq.ft. of solid wall panels, 510 sq.ft. of solid structural slabs and 10,300 sq.ft. of roof double-tee panels. CES produced certified structural drawings, precast shop drawings, erection drawings, connection details, materials schedules and production tickets.
